Located on the scenic Maroondah Highway - just an hour from Melbourne's CBD, our estate combines a world-class vineyard, fine dining restaurant, cellar door, and state-of-the-art event spaces.

We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and uphold the premium service standards our guests have come to expect.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be the face of Levantine Hill's hospitality experience. You'll lead by example, ensuring every guest receives warm, professional, and knowledgeable service. You'll also support the training and coordination of junior staff, assist in the cellar door, and help maintain the smooth operation of our restaurant and events.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and has a genuine love for food, wine, and people.

Award rates apply (Food & Beverage Attendant – Grade 5). All hours worked are paid.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train food & beverage attendants
• Deliver exceptional service across restaurant, events, and cellar door
• Provide wine knowledge and recommendations to guests
• Ensure correct wine service, including glassware and temperature
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all service areas
• Manage reservations, guest seating, and opening/closing procedures
• Support stock control and inventory management
• Collaborate with all departments to uphold service standards
• Provide feedback on wine offerings and guest experiences
• Assist in managing rosters and staff hour

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent
• Current RSA certificate
• 2–5 years of food & beverage experience
• Permanent residency or Australian citizenship
• Flexible availability across 7 days
