About the Role

We are seeking passionate and professional Front of House staff to provide exceptional service at both Harriett Events and Quarters Restaurant. You will work in our restaurant or event service, delivering memorable guest experiences in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, efficient, and professional food and beverage service
  • Take orders, serve meals and drinks, and manage guest requests
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and coffee (bartenders/baristas)
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
  • Set up and pack down dining and event spaces
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA standards
Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum 1 year F&B service experience
  • Current RSA certification (for roles involving alcohol service)
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Note: We also hire junior staff without an RSA for food service roles that do not involve the sale or service of alcohol.
