Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a senior restaurant staff member with availability for a part time role, including Saturday and Sunday for lunch shifts and the occasional evening function. We are looking for that person who is confident, upsells with ease and has a passion for all things food and wine - a true hospitality professional

An hourly above award wage is negotiable depending on experience, plus penalties.

**What we are looking for**:

- A strong work ethic and organisational skills
- Ability to oversee the running of the restaurant service periods, intercepting any problems before they arise and ensuring a high level of overall customer satisfaction
- Leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor the junior front of house staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar role, or extensive industry experience and looking to take a step up to a more senior position
