THE ROLE

We're seeking an Estimator or Senior Estimator with commercial fitout experience to join our Team.

You'll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing tender submissions, and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and employees. This role suits someone who thinks like a builder, not just a spreadsheet operator — someone who understands how numbers translate on site.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of estimating experience within fitout or refurbishment
  • Strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  • A practical mindset — able to assess constructability, not just price
  • Confidence to step onto site and engage with delivery teams
  • Willingness to visit sites and manage the project
  • Clear communication and a steady, solutions-led attitude
  • Someone who fits well in a down-to-earth, reliable team culture
