**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **motivated 3rd or 4th year apprentice carpenter** who’s ready to take the next step in their career. This is a **hands-on role** in commercial interior fitouts where you’ll gain valuable experience on a variety of projects and work closely with experienced carpenters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with and perform carpentry tasks under supervision
- Read and follow construction plans and instructions
- Help with installation of fixtures, walls, partitions, and fittings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised worksite
- Work effectively as part of a team and take initiative on tasks
- Be eager to learn and develop your trade skills further

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Certificate III in Carpentry (Year 3 or 4)
- Prior experience in commercial or interior fitouts
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Driver’s license and own transport (preferred)
- Basic tools (preferred, but not essential)
