What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing accurate and detailed estimates across a variety of electrical projects.
  • Reviewing drawings, specs, and site conditions to make sure nothing gets missed.
  • Making sure every quote ticks the box for AS3000 and NSW standards.
  • Teaming up with supervisors, sparkies, and suppliers for reliable costings.
  • Uploading and managing docs, photos, and compliance reports via client portals.

  • Assisting with tenders, variations, and cost breakdowns — keeping it sharp, accurate, and competitive.

  • Search for potential government, healthcare and education tender.

What We're Looking For

  • Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent trade qualification).
  • 5+ years' experience as an electrician or estimator in a service-based company.
  • A solid understanding of AS3000 and NSW regs.
  • Confidence reading drawings and technical specs.
  • Sharp eye for detail and accuracy (you notice the little things)attention to details.
  • Strong communication skills — with the team, clients, and suppliers.
  • Tendering experience for councils, government, or commercial fit out projects.
  • NSW Electrical License (desirable, not essential).
