About the role
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Join one of Australia's most trusted names in agribusiness and real estate. As a Real Estate Sales Manager with Elders, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver strong sales results while building lasting relationships with clients and the local community. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll manage a small team and be responsible for driving the success of the real estate business through leadership, strategic planning, and local market expertise.
This role offers a diverse range of real estate sales opportunities, including residential, rural, lifestyle, and broadacre properties. You'll work closely with a variety of clients-from farming families to investors and local landowners-leveraging your knowledge of property markets to deliver tailored sales strategies and trusted advice.
Experience in real estate sales, whether rural or general agency, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales and earnings targets across a variety of property types.
- Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, supporting team members with diverse real estate backgrounds, including sales support and administration.
- Manage the performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting.
- Oversee online property listings to ensure pricing, descriptions, and statuses are accurate and timely.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities across residential, rural, lifestyle, and broadacre markets.
- Represent Elders in the community through events, marketing campaigns, and local initiatives such as field days, expos, and property visits.
About you
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related roles, including sales support or administration, with a desire to develop into a licensed agent role.
- Strong understanding of local property market trends and relevant legislation.
- Holds, or is working towards, a Real Estate License and a current Driver's Licence (Auctioneer's License desirable).
- Skilled in performance management, team development, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Demonstrates Elders values through accountability, trust, customer focus, and results-driven leadership.
- Passion for regional communities and building strong networks within the property sector.
