Leasing Consultant – Residential/Commercial (Full-Time Maternity Leave Position, Ballarat)

Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant looking for a full-time maternity leave opportunity? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our Ballarat-based team, managing residential properties.

  • Experience in leasing and property management (residential and/or commercial).
  • A self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of the Ballarat rental market, legislation, and leasing processes.
  • A polished and professional approach with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections, leasing appointments, and condition reports.
  • Manage rental applications and tenancy agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate marketing and advertising for available properties.
  • Ensured compliance with rental legislation and company policies.
  • Assist with property maintenance coordination and tenant enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate leasing or property management.
  • Valid Agent's Representative Certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • A reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and digital platforms.
