About the role

  • Assist with sterilisation and adhere to infection control standards
  • Warmly engage with our patients and provide great customer service
  • Work with the Orthodontist and support with a range of orthodontic treatments
  • Support the flow of the practice, with patients before school. New patient consults, adjustments, and Invisalign starts
  • Update and maintain orthodontic records and help take scans

About you

  • Excellent customer service skills are a must
  • You're proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in dental
  • Previous Dental or Orthodontic experience would be a bonus
  • Friendly, warm, and engaging communicator
  • Strong team player and able to pick up new skills quickly
