Dental Assistant/Receptionist Wanted

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our professional and friendly team. Whether you are looking for casual or part-time work, we offer flexible hours to suit your needs. We have been servicing the local community for over 25 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists with patient care and provide chair-side support
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments, ensuring sterilisation and infection control
  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and manage stock orders
  • Provide exceptional service and communication with patients
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate, overseas trained dentists can also apply)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a dental practice is preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with patients and colleagues
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to professional development
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
