An exciting opportunity has opened up for an energetic and motivated receptionist/dental assistant to join our growing team in Hampton Park, Victoria. Reception duties is mandatory with the opportunity to enrol and gain your certificate 3 while working with us will be available, so an interest in dental assisting is a must. The position will initially be casual for 2-3 days a week including some Saturdays.

You will be working with a friendly team with state-of-the-art facilities. There will be plenty of room for self growth with the opportunity to increase days and move to part time if desired.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients in a friendly manner
- Reception duties as well as helping with dental assisting when needed (training will be provided)
- Answering phone calls and control with scheduling patients
- Stock control and orders

What you need for this role
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence is a must
- Proficient computer skills
- Familiar with D4W software ideal but not essential
- A drive to learn and flourish
- Flexibility with after hours and weekend hours
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Energetic and fun

Please remember, experience is preferred but not essential. What is essential is being outgoing, great communicator, energetic, and dedication to learn and build the business.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $22.80 - $33.80 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
