Let's be honest — mowing lawns and wrangling hedges isn't for everyone. But if you love being outdoors, hate sitting at a desk, and know the satisfaction of a perfectly edged lawn... you might just be our kind of human.

At JBF Property Services, we make Maitland's lawns look fresh, fierce, and fabulous. We're a chill, down-to-earth crew that gets stuff done, laughs a lot, and keeps things tidy (both properties and minds).

The Gist:

We're after a casual team member who's handy with a mower and not afraid to get their boots dirty. Set days or on-call—depends on the weather and how crazy the week gets. (Spoiler: it's usually a little crazy.)

Your Average Day May Include:

  • Giving lawns a fresh fade (zero turns, push mowers—you name it)
  • Slicing and dicing edges with a whipper snipper
  • Hedge taming and power washing
  • Making backyards look like a "before-and-after" transformation show
  • Occasionally planting things that aren't weeds

We'll Get Along If You:

  • Have a license and a car that gets you from A to B (and doesn't hate towing a trailer)
  • Can reverse a trailer (or laugh with us while learning)
  • Don't melt in the rain or panic in the sun
  • Like the idea of a paid trial shift and a coffee interview
  • Have a Police Check/WWCC (or are happy to sort it)
