Garde Investments Pty Ltd trading as Croydon Club Hotel is searching for a new Full-Time Cook to work with our incredible team.

Suitable applicants will have either:

· An AQF Cert IV in Cookery or related discipline, + at least 3 years of full-time work experience, OR

· at least 5 years of full-time relevant work experience in a similar role where no qualification is held

·

Tasks include:

· All aspects of food prep, cooking, seasoning, serving

· Plating Up

· Inventory taking

· Stock order and rotation

· Temperature control of cooking and refrigeration appliances

· End of day scrub down

· Training other kitchen staff on kitchen protocols, health and safety, food prep and service

Skills needed:

· Work well under pressure

· Self-directed and pro-active

· Work well within a team

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Applicants must have full Australian work rights.
