About or client:A trusted, member-based organisation with a long history of supporting communities across Queensland, offering services that span insurance, banking, roadside assistance, and travel. 

About the role:We are looking for 2 Junior Business Analysts/Compliance Officers with experience in technology (Identity Management/User Access Review) to join our client's collaborative team for a 6-month contract + extensions.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in user access reviews, process improvement, and compliance reporting.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience or exposure to Identity Management / User Access Review / Azure / Service Now / Active Directory.
  • Audit or compliance and technology experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work to a schedule and deliver on time.
  • Skills in data analysis and report writing (desirable).

What you will do:

  • Work within a small team to conduct user access reviews and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
  • Perform data analysis to support reporting and insights.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress and challenges effectively while working to set deadlines.
