Your new company

Our for-purpose client, located centrally in Perth requires an experienced qualified Financial Accountant for an approximate 6-8 week temporary assignment.

This position is looking to interview within the coming 1-3 working days, and to start early-to-mid next week.

Your new role

As the Financial Accountant you will work within a professional and inclusive environment.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this technical accounting position requires someone that has strong prior work experience on a complex ledger, with multiple entities and consolidations.

You will be responsible for the necessary month-end accounting, reporting and reconciliation activities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Availability to start this temporary assignment early-to-mid next week (week commencing Monday 1st September 2025)
  • CA/CPA or equivalent full accounting qualification
  • Strong demonstrated technical accounting skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and systems literacy
  • The ability to achieve deadlines and have strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with the need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Full commitment to this temporary duration (approx timeframe of 6-8 weeks)
