Are you a digital-savvy marketer with a passion for eCommerce? We're on the hunt for a proactive and detail-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing online presence across our Laser Clinics Group and Skinstitut markets. Reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager, you'll help optimise the performance of our online stores and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.

This is a career-building role where you'll sharpen your skills in digital marketing and eCommerce strategy while contributing to the success two of Australia's most recognised aesthetic and skincare brands. You'll gain hands-on experience across tools, platforms, and cross-functional projects that will set you up for long-term growth.

What You'll Do:

eCommerce & Digital Marketing:

• Support the optimisation of our online store using best-practice eCommerce strategies.
• Coordinate website updates, development rollouts, and conduct UAT testing.
• Assist with digital marketing activities including campaign set-up, content uploads, and product merchandising.
• Schedule, QA, and monitor monthly promotions to increase traffic and conversions.
• Support SEO efforts and BAU content updates to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Deliver insights and reports on campaign effectiveness, user behaviour, and website performance.

CRM & Customer Engagement:

• Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, and digital ads) that align with the customer journey.
• Monitor CRM activity and identify opportunities to improve retention and conversion.
• Conduct competitor research and contribute ideas to strengthen our digital presence.
• Use customer data and segmentation to refine lifecycle marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Liaise with internal teams (marketing, IT, design) and global stakeholders to align on digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with international teams to align on promotional timing and content.
• Stay up to date with privacy regulations to ensure all digital activities are compliant.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Conduct regular performance reviews of key site pages and user journeys.
• Use tools like GA4 and Looker Studio to track campaign success, analyse customer behaviour, and inform strategic decisions.
• Deliver reporting that drives ongoing website optimisation and campaign refinement.

We'd Feel WOW if You Have:

• 1–2+ years of experience in retail, aesthetic, beauty eCommerce, digital marketing focused roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS eCommerce platforms – BigCommerce and/or Shopify experience preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Insider, Klaviyo preferred).
• Strong grasp of email marketing best practices and data privacy compliance.
• Comfortable using Google Analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in testing and optimisation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines.
