The Opportunity

We are looking for a qualified full-time Diploma, Room Leader, to join our team.

The Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned room.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
  • Develop and implement an engaging educational program that supports each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Uphold the service's philosophy, values, and commitment to child safety.
  • Ensure all practices comply with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood education or ACECQA approved and recognised equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Room Leader preferred.
  • An approved child protection statement of attainment.
  • A current NSW paid Working with Children Check.
  • A current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification.
  • A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Integricare.
