Program Coordinator - APS5 Equivalent (12-Month Contract)

VIC | Hybrid Work | Baseline Clearance Required

Estimated Start Date: Friday, 5 September 2025

Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential 12-month extension)

Hours: Up to 40 per week

Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - occasional in-office days for workshops/meetings

About the Role

Join a multi-year transformation program delivering new case management capabilities. As Program Coordinator, you'll support a high-impact initiative, reporting directly to the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination support across program and project activities
  • Manage documentation and maintain key registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies)
  • Support governance meetings, schedule sessions, prepare agendas, and track actions
  • Handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Use Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint) effectively
Essential Criteria
  1. Proven experience in program/project coordination in complex environments
  2. Strong documentation and register management skills
  3. Skilled in meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms
  5. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  6. Familiarity with program/project management frameworks and artefacts
