Working arrangements - Hybrid - Hybrid working arrangement, potential in office days for workshops/meetings.

Maximum hours - 40 hours per week

Security clearance - Must be able to obtain a Baseline, AU Citizen

Job Details

The successful Program Coordinator will report directly to the Program Director. Key duties and responsibilities

  • Provide program and project coordination support in complex environments.
  • Management of program documentation, maintain registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies), and support governance meetings.
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and producing accurate minutes and action tracking.
  • Management of multiple priorities

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience providing program and project coordination support in complex environments.
  • Ability to manage program documentation, maintain registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies), and support governance meetings.
  • Skilled in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and producing accurate minutes and action tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with program and project management frameworks and artefacts.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $700.00 – $800.00 per day
