What You'll Be Up To:

As our BDM, you'll be the key driver of client satisfaction, strategic growth, and new business success across multiple product categories:

Relationship Leader: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with brands, distributors, and retail clients across the fitness, wellness, and cognitive health space. Your proactive communication and solution-oriented mindset will make you their trusted partner.

Strategic Sales Driver: Develop and execute smart strategies to hit revenue targets, expand accounts, and spot new growth opportunities across the wellness, nootropic, and supplement sectors.

Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse product portfolio — from apoptogenic herbals and sports supplements to cutting-edge nootropics — and help clients craft the ideal product mix.

Market Expander: Identify untapped opportunities, explore niche markets, and contribute to launching the next generation of health-enhancing products.

Brand Representative: Represent Vision Made Co at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, proudly sharing our vision and capabilities with potential partners.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

Experience

  • 2–3 years in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in wellness, fitness, nootropics, or health product manufacturing.
  • Experience working with brands or retailers in a B2B setting is essential.
  • Bonus if you have exposure to herbal products, supplements, or packaging processes.

Skills

  • A confident communicator and skilled negotiator with a strong client focus.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills — you can confidently work to tight timelines and perform well under pressure.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and other modern sales or project management platforms.
