Job Profile

The Relationship Officer (internally known as Retail Business Partner) contributes to the development and management of a comprehensive retailer business development framework to optimise in-store player experience, brand representation and sales performance. The role has the following key areas of focus:

  • Retailer Business Development
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Management
  • Retailer Sales Performance & Engagement
  • Business Performance Insights
  • Problem Solving and Innovation
  • Service and Communications Excellence
  • Risk Management

Mandatory / special role requirements

  • Police Clearance
  • Drivers Licence
  • Regional Travel
  • Occasional night or weekend work depending upon business needs.
