Pearl & Ash Cafe is an upmarket, bustling cafe in Southport; owned and operated by The Standard Market Company. We are known for serving top-notch coffee and delectable food. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. We're on the hunt for experienced waitstaff to join our busy team.

Position: Wait Staff

As an allrounder, you'll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks around the cafe. If you're versatile, eager to learn, and have a knack for customer service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the barista team with drink preparation and service
  • Assisting with customer orders, including handling transactions
  • Helping with food preparation and serving
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
  • Ensuring stock is replenished and rotated as needed
  • Performing other general cafe duties as required

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in a similar allrounder role is highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Weekend availability is essential
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
  • Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed
