MPL. Group has exclusively partnered with our national client, who is on the hunt for a (number of front of house staff) Concierge/Guest Services, but not just any concierge/guest services.
We're talking about concierge/guest services with a twist - think James Bond meets Mary Poppins You'll be the face that launches a thousand trips, the guru of good times, and the wizard who turns "Do you have a map?" into "Wow, I never knew this place existed"
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves deploying your charm to welcome guests, cater to their adventurous whims with the efficiency of a superhero, and maintain the hotel lobby so spotless, that it'll make mirrors jealous. You'll report to the General Manager of Guest Services, a person so cool, penguins ask them for tips on staying chill.
What's in your arsenal?
A background in making 5-star experiences look easy, a mental GPS of the Gold Coast, communication skills that could soothe a grumpy dragon, and the kind of problem-solving prowess that would make Sherlock Holmes take notes.
Add an unrestricted driver's license and a wardrobe that's on point, and you're practically in the league of extraordinary concierges.
