LEAD Childcare Southport are searching for a SUPERSTAR Educational Leader, Family Support Leader and Compliance Leader to join their family.

**About your EXCITING new career**
- You will be part of the Centre Leadership Team, working directly with the Centre Manager
- As family support leader, It will be your responsibility to communicate directly with families regarding their account, updating and maintain children’s documentation and records, facilitate walk throughs with new families, ensure all outstanding fees are collected and processed by due dates and this is just the tip of the iceberg
- As Educational Leader, it will be your responsibility to lead and mentor Educators within the service surrounding educational program and practice.
- As Compliance Leader, it will be your responsibility to assist in implementing LEAD Policies and Procedures inline with the National Regulations and National Quality Standard.
- We encourage all of our staff to use their voice We encourage you to contribute and embed the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare.
- You will support a team of passionate Educators to implement programs, policies and procedures.
- Create long lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.
- Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

**What you will need to SUCCEED**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care (Or actively working towards).
- A passion for providing high quality education and care for our youngest family members
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a community of like-minded professionals
- Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach, Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID004) _**Not essential but must be willing to obtain**_
- Current CPR certificate (HLTAID001) _**Not essential but must be willing to obtain**_
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate _**Not essential but must be willing to obtain**_
- Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation _**Not essential but must be willing to obtain**_
- Current Child Protection Certificate. _**Not essential but must be willing to obtain**_

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $27.94 - $33.95 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
