Restaurant Hosts – Hope Island & Main Beach

We're looking for warm, professional, and enthusiastic Restaurant Hosts to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our venues, creating memorable first impressions for every guest.

If you have a vibrant personality, happy to smile & welcome our guests into our venue, we can't wait to meet you. We'll fully train you so there's no need ot worry

Your role:

As a Restaurant Host, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests by:

  • Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Taking first drinks order – you'll be fully trained to hit the ground running
  • Handling walk-ins, reservations, cancellations, and waitlists
  • Assisting guests with enquiries both in-person and over the phone
  • Supporting the wider team by anticipating needs and keeping service flowing

What we're looking for:

  • A social, positive, and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • The ability to multitask, stay organised, and think on your feet
  • A genuine interest in learning our menu
  • All ages welcome
  • Performing arts/actors often do well in this role
  • A team player who understands how their role contributes to the overall success of the venue
  • Current Queensland RSA Certificate
