About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-level IT support to both staff and customers, primarily within a Windows environment
  • Managing user accounts, including user setups, password resets, and account deactivations
  • Handling the deployment and reissuing of desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile phones
  • Offering support for Microsoft Office applications
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a help desk environment, with exposure to transport and logistics being advantageous
  • Qualifications or certifications such as a Certificate III or IV in IT or CompTIA certifications (desirable)
  • Strong communication and customer service to interact face-to-face with both customers and staff
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
