The Opportunity

IQ Group is seeking a Senior Project Managers with
Superannuation
experience to join our teams in either Melbourne or Sydney.

As a Snr Project Manager you will be accountable for creating and executing project work plans to meet the changing needs of our clients, identifying and assigning resource needs, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and ensuring quality delivery to the client.

In order to succeed in this role you must possess:

  • Min 3+ yrs Superannuation experience
  • Min 5+ yrs. Project Management experience working across both Business and Technology
  • The ability to manage to strict project deliverables and timeframes
  • Software development lifecycle exposure
  • Exposure to different project delivery methodology
  • Ability to instil strong project control and governance
  • Strong team collaborator, and leadership qualities
  • Project delivery experience ideally within an Agile environment
  • Ability to build relationships with senior level stakeholders
  • Managing projects in a complex multifaceted environment
  • Experience project managing internal and external third-party delivery teams
  • Strong project management delivery experience highly regarded– eg: Experienced in the delivery of Superannuation projects across compliance/legislative change, platforms/systems, successor fund transfers & migrations, product change and process design
