You're an organised and approachable leader with a background in office or customer service team management. You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities, love creating smoother processes, and bring a calm, professional presence to the team. You're confident with systems, reporting, and motivating people — and you're passionate about both great service and a well-run office.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience managing an office or customer service team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Confidence managing team performance and training needs
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail
