About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Northsure Insurance Brokers' in Coolalinga, Northern Territory. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. This is a full-time position within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Providing general administrative support, such as managing client inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry however not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
