Bridge Toyota — the leading Toyota dealership in Darwin and proudly supported by Eagers Automotive — is looking for a vibrant, well-mannered, and bubbly Receptionist to be the friendly face that greets our customers and keeps our busy, award-winning team running smoothly.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • A big smile and a friendly "hello" for every customer
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • A love for teamwork and helping others
  • Top-notch communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to juggle tasks like a pro
  • Some basic know-how with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Previous reception or admin experience is a bonus — but not essential (we'll train you)

Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Greeting customers in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering and directing incoming calls promptly
  • Booking and managing service appointments
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and directing them to the right team member
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Assisting with general admin tasks to support the Service and Parts Department
