The role

Based in our Sydney branch, we are seeking a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice to work as part of our growing team.  You will be working as a part of a supportive and a progressive team within a positive working environment. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Assembling and maintaining mechanical gear boxes and geared motors
  • Preparing products for dispatch
  • Ensuring the work environment is kept clean and safety is upheld at all times
  • Maintaining a high standard of work
  • Adheres to Quality Assurance and OHS standards

About you

  • Must be currently undertaking an apprenticeship, or willing to commence
  • Mechanical Aptitude and Interest
  • Willing to learn new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player as well as independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A positive attitude to safety
