We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Gold Coast store. This is a hands-on role for a motivated professional who can take responsibility for day-to-day operations while driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth running and high standards of presentation.
  • Lead, train and motivate a small team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, report to management, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and retail regulations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage a small, diverse team.
  • Multilingual communication skills highly regarded — ability to engage with a broad customer base.
  • Solid knowledge of horticulture and specialty cultivation practices (experience with emerging natural product categories is an advantage).
  • Competent with POS systems, stock management, and reporting.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,900.00 – $76,600.00 per year
