What's the opportunity?

As Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead & Inspire – Motivate, coach, and mentor your team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Elevate Client Journeys – Be a visible leader on the floor, creating lasting client relationships and unforgettable experiences.
  • Drive Performance – Take ownership of sales results, KPIs, and business strategy while spotting opportunities to grow.
  • Champion Excellence – Oversee operations, merchandising, and standards, ensuring every detail reflects the Louis Vuitton spirit.

Note: In many businesses, this role would be titled Store Manager. At Louis Vuitton, we have a very flat structure — but don't be misled by the title. It is a highly complex leadership role that demands strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and commercial excellence.
