About the Role
Newly created role where you'll be you'll be the central link between the Australian merchandise team, suppliers, and global concession partners. You'll oversee the seamless execution of product ranges in international markets — from planning and allocation to stock management, reporting, and in-store execution. This role demands strong organisational skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally across time zones.
Duties
Range Management & Planning
- Support seasonal product range implementation across overseas concessions
- Coordinate range briefs, product data, and marketing collateral for international partners
- Assist with product onboarding, ensuring accuracy in style details, pricing, and compliance
Stock & Allocation
- Monitor international stock levels, replenishment needs, and sell-through performance
- Liaise with partners on replenishment orders, transfers, and allocations
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and minimise out-of-stocks
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly trade reports highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Analyse sales, margin, and inventory to support commercial decision-making
- Deliver actionable insights to the Merchandise and Planning teams
Operational Support
- Act as the first point of contact for international concession partners
- Support promotional execution, ticketing, and VM guidelines for overseas markets
- Ensure operational processes are followed to maintain global brand standards
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years' experience in merchandise coordination, planning, or product operations (retail or wholesale)
- Strong knowledge of merchandise systems, reporting tools, and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
