About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Floor Supervisor to join our team. This is a casual role offering 25–38 hours per week, with availability required for late nights, weekends, and public holidays. You'll be the driving force on the floor, ensuring service runs seamlessly, the team is motivated, and every guest enjoys world-class hospitality.

What You'll Bring

  • Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
  • Proven experience in cocktail bars or premium hospitality venues
  • Strong leadership and team support skills with a hands-on approach
  • Exceptional customer service, with a guest-first mindset (priority number one)
  • Excellent personal presentation, punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards
  • Sound knowledge of wine and cocktails
  • A collaborative team work ethic and proactive attitude
