HSE MANAGER REQUIRED
An opportunity currently exists for a HSE manager to join our friendly team of concrete and civil construction workforce. This position involves creating and directing complex audits, investigations and inspections whilst working closely with external contractors to guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and project specifications. The HSE Manager serves as a key collaborator with project leadership, acting as the focal point for satisfying statutory health, safety and environmental obligations as well as maintaining quality standards. This includes providing guidance in HSE functions such as training, strategic advice, and leadership, all geared towards fostering a safe work environment and promoting continuous improvement.
- Must have minimum 5 years construction industry experience as HSE Manager
- FIFO position, mobilisation ex Perth, 20 and 8 roster
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic and flexible contributor and team player.
- Organised, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Competence with Microsoft office applications and IT systems generally
- Project a capable and professional appearance
- Northern Australia work experience preferred
