Formstruct is a well-established Pilbara based contracting company. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified HSE Advisor to join our team to assist in the delivery of a construction project on behalf of Rio Tinto at Ti-Tree Rail Camp.

Project duration approx. 12months.

The position offered is FIFO ex Perth only, on a 8 day on 6 day off roster.

The successful candidate would be compliant with the following:

  • Minimum Cert IV in WHS or other relevant qualifications.
  • Current C class drivers licence.
  • Basic/Intermediate user of MS Office suite of programs.
  • Familiar with mining WHS legislative requirements, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice relating to construction.
  • Experience in incident reporting & investigation.
  • Proven experience working on construction projects specifically Rio Tinto Projects
  • Proven work history onsite
  • All applicants must be permanent residents or Australian citizens and reside in WA.
