**Job Description**:
Toll Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional HSE Manager to join our Minerals, Oil and Gas sector in Adelaide, SA. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and environmental functions across four sites in Port Adelaide and at the Olympic Damn.

As the Regional HSE Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards while promoting a strong safety culture across our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain effective HSE management systems and processes that minimize risk and promote the well-being of our employees, and customers.

Working on our customer sites you will bring a level polish and a knowledge of the mining industry and HSE challenges it presents. We offer ongoing career development and exposure to diverse internal and external customers and operations along with a supportive management structure.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Maintain robust HSE policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with Toll Group and BHP requirements.
- Drive a proactive safety culture, fostering an environment where employees are empowered to identify hazards, report incidents, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HSE matters, promoting best practices and ensuring a consistent approach to risk management.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in a similar HSE management role within the logistics, transportation, or mining industries.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and best practices, particularly in South Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective HSE management systems.
- Professional certifications such as ICAM, Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Training experience and explosive/DG certifications would be desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, primarily BHP locations, across South Australia.
