Adelaide, South Australia Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Play a key role in planning the production and co-packing of premium and sparkling wines across Australia and New Zealand on an initial contract. Join a global wine powerhouse shaping the future of the industry.

About the Company

Our client is a leading international wine producer with operations spanning multiple continents and an impressive portfolio of iconic and emerging brands. They manage the entire supply chain - from grape to glass - with innovation, quality, and sustainability at the heart of everything they do. This is a business that's redefining what's possible in the wine industry through creativity, ambition, and a genuine passion for premium products.

Role Overview

As Supply Planner – ANZ, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining production and co-pack schedules to support customer service, inventory targets, and operational efficiency. Working within a dynamic, collaborative team, you'll coordinate across internal sites and external partners to ensure supply plans are executed seamlessly across Australia and New Zealand.

This role suits an analytical and detail-oriented planner who enjoys turning complexity into order - and wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, premium production environment.

About the Person

You thrive in environments where precision meets creativity. You're an excellent communicator, skilled at collaborating with stakeholders from procurement and packaging to logistics and operations. You're organised, adaptable, and have the confidence to manage changing priorities without losing focus on the bigger picture -keeping production, inventory, and customer needs perfectly in sync.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain short- and mid-term production and co-pack plans for premium and sparkling wine portfolios across ANZ.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and third-party co-packers to deliver on production timelines.
  • Translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans, managing constraints and ensuring service continuity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, balance aged stock, and optimise finished goods availability.
  • Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP, Anaplan).
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to planning reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

  • 2–5 years' experience in supply or production planning, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or wine industries.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, co-packing, and inventory processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP or planning systems (JDE, SAP, or Anaplan).
  • Strong Excel skills and planning discipline.

Preferred:

  • Experience with premium or sparkling wine production environments.
  • Knowledge of cross-Tasman logistics and co-pack models.
  • Degree qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management.
