They lead the execution of "Symbion Engage", Symbion's exclusive and unique Supply Chain Collaboration program through the preparation of reports and the facilitation of collaboration meetings with customers and suppliers.Demand Planners require the ability to lead continuous improvement and problem-resolution projects within their assigned responsibilities.Key Information:10 Distribution Centres, > 500 suppliers, >4000 customers, >50 million demand transaction per annumApprox 20,000 SKULSThe requirement to engage with the many internal and external stakeholdersCross-functional implications for actionsMajor Challenges:Forecasting demand and adjusting sales history accurately in a dynamic environment across a large product range, in multiple locations.
