Connect APAC are delighted to partner with a leading FMCG Food Manufacturer in their search for a National Account Executive (Food Service). Reporting into to the National Business Manager, we are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Account Executive to support the Foodservice and QSR channels. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day account administration, maintaining strong internal and external communication, and supporting the broader sales function through data analysis, customer planning, and efficient multitasking.
The role would be ideal for an existing Account Executive, Category or Business Analyst or even someone from outside the industry who is eager to learn and progress their career in an established FMCG Organisation (graduate level candidates will also be considered).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operational and administrative needs of Foodservice and QSR accounts.
- Support the development and execution of joint business plans with customers (6–12 months).
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of product launches, specification approvals, and category reviews
to
support Account Managers. - Monitor sales performance, stock movement, customer performance, and product presentation across multiple channels.
- Generate and analyse data to identify trends, provide insights, and support account growth strategies.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to provide proactive support to the sales team.
- Provide high-quality service to both internal teams and external customers
Key Requirements:
- FMCG/Consumer Goods experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with excel.
- Keen to learn and develop an FMCG Sales career.
- Strong presentation skills with confidence to present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree qualified.
