We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work across the lifespan in a mental health setting, providing therapeutic interventions that promote functional independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients across the lifespan
• Deliver evidence-based mental health interventions within a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct therapy sessions in clinic, home, community, and school settings
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Service Delivery Locations:

• Clinic-based therapy at our modern Nundah facility
• Home visits for clients requiring in-home support
• Community-based interventions
• School-based services

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Willingness to travel to provide services in home, community, and school settings
• Passion for mental health and working across the lifespan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Experience Level:

• All experience levels welcome - from new graduates to experienced practitioners
• We provide comprehensive support and mentorship for professional development

Highly Desirable:

• Better Access to Mental Health accreditation (or willingness to obtain with our support)
• Experience in mental health settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles

Professional Development:

• Supervision by a highly experienced and expert Occupational Therapist
• Support to obtain Better Access to Mental Health accreditation if needed

• Salary range: $75,000 - $105,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
