What You'll Be Doing

  • Station Management: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and station standards. Ensure your station is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
  • Consistency & Quality: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to deliver consistent flavor, presentation, and portion size for every dish.
  • Food Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, following all food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Prep Work: Assist with daily prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and organizing ingredients to support a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Support Kitchen Flow: Work efficiently and stay focused during busy service times to keep up with orders and avoid delays.
  • A deep appreciation and understanding of Japanese cuisine.
