Who We're Looking For

We're assembling a team of eager cooks, chefs and kitchen hands experienced in Thai cuisine to join our dynamic team

We're seeking talented back-of-house professionals who:

Available Positions

  • Wok Chef
  • Commis Chef
  • Cooks
  • Kitchen hand

Remuneration will be based on position applied for and qualifications / experience.

Applicant Requirements

  1. Cooks and chefs must have minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Thai (or similar Asian) cuisine. Formal culinary qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) preferred
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients and creating visually appealing, delicious dishes
  4. Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  6. Must have the right to work in Australia
  7. Current Food Handling certificate or willingness to obtain one
  8. Must be available to work weekends
