The opportunity

Based in our Esperance, WA office, this is a rare opportunity to combine professional advancement with a stunning lifestyle location.

You'll work closely with our Directors and senior leaders, gaining mentorship, exposure, and real decision-making experience to help you build the capabilities to step into leadership.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships, providing proactive tax and business advisory services.
• Lead and mentor a small, capable team, developing others while refining your own leadership skills.
• Take ownership of client outcomes, from tax compliance to strategic advisory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the firm.
• Collaborate closely with firm leaders to help shape the future of Byfields Esperance.

About you

• Strong technical proficiency in tax compliance, financial statements, and business advisory
• Prior experience in Public Practice Accounting (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative, mentoring mindset and desire to lead
• CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
• A proactive attitude and adaptability in a changing environment
• A genuine interest in a long-term leadership career within Public Practice
