About the Role:

Ahern Australia is seeking an experienced Field Service Administrative Coordinator to join our team and provide field service coordination and administrative service support for our Wetherill Park NSW based branch. You will work in a small team being the first point of contact for all service related enquires and coordination of onsite servicing and repairs for our technicians.

Your responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Provide first point of contact for service related enquiries.
  • Coordination of Field Service Technicians to perform on site servicing and repairs to our product lines.
  • Developing and maintaining professional and friendly customer relationships.
  • Nurture and secure new field service sales opportunities.
  • Contact Customers for scheduled servicing and coordination of field Service Technicians.
  • Data entry of service related job activities in line with Ahern Australia's procedures.
  • Account administrative duties including opening, processing and closing jobs, as well as invoicing and purchase orders, timesheets and associated tasks.
  • Sell the merits of Ahern Australia's service capability to existing and potential customers.

To be successful in this role you will need the following attributes:

  • Microsoft Office knowledge including high proficiency in Excel

  • Ability to identify and exceed customer expectations
  • Strong time management with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A friendly and flexible disposition
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, self directed approach and strong sense of ownership
  • Experience and knowledge of an equipment service industry is required. An applicant from the EWP or related service industry would be highly regarded
  • Must have permanent work rights in Australia

This is a office- based role with no work-from-home option. We're looking for someone reliable and committed, who values being present and dependable as part of an on-site team.
