The Role

As a Club Manager working across our Cranbourne & Pakenham clubs, you'll be the face of the club — driving results, creating a welcoming space for members, and leading with positivity and purpose. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing all club operations, sales performance & member experience
  • Leading and mentoring a small team of casuals or PTs
  • Creating engaging local content (stories, reels, interviews)
  • Running community outreach and pre-sale activations
  • Hitting KPIs with authenticity and passion
