We are currently seeking to employ an experienced **Full-Time Food and Beverage Manager** to oversee all facets of the Food and Beverage service across the venue in our Bistro, Sportsbar, and Function Room, seven days a week

The successful applicant would be able to work on a flexible rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Some of the essential skills and experience we want you to have are:

- Be able to work in and lead and develop a diverse team in calm and professional manner
- Have a minimum of two year’s experience as an F&B / Restaurant Manager or similar
- Be able to deliver an F&B experience to patrons that exceed their expectations
- Managing bookings, optimising floor plans, and co-ordinating functions
- Be creative, friendly, and outgoing with a focus on an exceptional customer experience
- Have the ability to train, motivate, nurture, mentor staff, and lead by example
- Be able to resolve issues, handle and deliberate over customer complaints
- Be familiar with OHS requirement

The right person will be rewarded with a great working environment and team.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $79,999.00 per year
