Do you love babies?

This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing e-commerce business in the baby industry.

They have 20 expos per year across Australia, which are a vital part of their business, so it'll suit someone with a sales mindset. You'll run the whole expo & showroom program, including building and managing a team of casual support staff. It's a full-time, permanent role based in the inner western suburbs of Melbourne, but with travel interstate. Hybrid working and $110-130k + Super + bonus.

Requirements:

  • End-to-end events and expos experience in a retail environment is essential
  • Sales mindset and motivated to help grow the business (bonus with great $ earning potential)
  • Excellent organisation, project management and communication skills to run the events, showroom, manage vendors and logistics
  • Team leadership experience is needed to recruit, train and manage up to 10+ casual support staff
  • Commercial mindset when it comes to the finer details, like showroom layout and flow
  • High attention to detail to oversee budgets and to use data to drive your decisions
