Customer Care Manager – Home Care

We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to take the lead in delivering high-quality services and managing client relationships within our Home Care team. This position focuses on supporting clients who require in-home aged or disability care. You'll play a key role in strengthening client connections, coordinating personalised care plans, and driving growth through strategic business development in the community care space.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Service Delivery

  • Act as the key liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional service and care tailored to individual needs.

  • Develop and manage personalised care plans based on detailed assessments and ongoing client feedback.

  • Maintain frequent contact with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and adjust care as needed.

  • Coordinate with nurses and allied health professionals to provide clinical support, especially for complex cases.

Team Collaboration & Workforce Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and rostering, to ensure effective service coverage.

  • Assist in workforce planning and talent onboarding to meet care demands.

  • Work in partnership with state-based colleagues to streamline service operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, sales, or business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Results-oriented with the ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, the Home Care sector.

Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Positive attitude and a proactive, solution-focused approach

A current National Police Check is required

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: Flexible hours within 9am to 5pm
  • Environment: Work primarily takes place in clients' homes, necessitating travel between locations when appointments are required. Remote work is allowed if face to face meeting is not required.
